What is Reformer Pilates?

Reformer Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout using a Reformer machine to improve strength, posture, and flexibility.

Yes! We have beginner-friendly classes on Thursday evenings at 6.15pm which are specially designed sessions for those nervous about joining mixed-ability groups

Just wear comfortable, stretchy clothes — we’ll provide everything else.

I chose to do reformer, to use a different platform to encourage all shapes sizes abilities to move their bodies.
I like to deliver an all over body routine driven with good technique to awaken tunes. All levels welcome.
